Click windows START Button.
1. Start->Run (Enter)
2. Type debug at c:\> Debug (Enter)

5. -O 71 ff (Enter)
6. -q (Enter)
7. exit (Enter)
Restart your PC and press Del Key quickly. You will access your BIOS setup.
